A highly qualified human team in permanent training in the sector, together with the most modern and advanced machinery, such as numerical control cutters and polyurethane profiling machines, robots for flat sheets, continuous mattress quilting machines, cover to cover. In addition, our latest incorporation, the most advanced and fastest multihead machine in the rest sector, allows us to give life to a wide range of rest equipment of all technologies, both in springs, HR and viscoelastic materials. All of them with ergonomic designs that work on the three fundamental factors of rest, adaptability, pressure relief and breathability.
This solid structure determines that all rest equipment is manufactured within the Poligon Group’s facilities without depending on third parties. In this way, we control each production process guaranteeing the highest quality of the finished products while providing an agile product and service response to any of our customers’ needs.
